Are you making it HARDER?

angiewhitenutritio

Last week we talked about choosing your hard. We talked about there being work involved in any worthy endeavor. We talked about feeling uncomfortable and the ways in which our clever brains try to keep us safe. On the couch. Eating cookies. Watching ALL of Netflix.

But are you making it harder than it needs to be?

Are you indulging negative thoughts? Has this become a HABIT or default way of being in the world?

Are you making a difficult situation worse with your own brand of self sabotage? We all have one.

What if getting healthy and achieving your health goals was….fun??

Can it be hard and fun at the same time? Two things can be true at once.

Let’s take losing weight as an example. What if instead of it being only hard and full of deprivation it was actually enjoyable?

What if learning how to eat in a way that supports your beautiful unique self was interesting and delicious?

What if getting yourself, your kitchen, your schedule more organized actually gave you more freedom with your time?

What if you learned to love how you felt after a hard workout? After a good night’s sleep?

Or stay with me here…what if the hard part was actually the really good part? The work, the grind, the focus created feelings of confidence, accomplishment and strength?

These are the important, juicy questions we look at inside my program. Yes, you will learn about nutrition and lifestyle specific to your circumstances and stage of life. I teach you ALL about food. Together we create an individualized wellness plan focused on you.

We also dig into what is keeping you stuck. How does YOUR clever brain work? What way of being isn’t serving you any more? How do you make meaningful change? What do you need to think, feel, and do to live the life you want to live?

If you or someone you know is ready to do the DELICIOUS work necessary to accomplish your health and wellness goals, reach out now. We might even have a little FUN along the way. :)
